How do I port my existing phone number to TriLuna? You can port your existing number by contacting our support team. The process typically takes 3–5 business days and we’ll guide you through each step.

Can I use SMS features if I’m in the US? SMS functionality for US customers requires special configuration due to carrier (A2P 10DLC) regulations. Please contact our support team to set up SMS features for your US number.

How accurate is the AI transcription? Our AI transcription achieves 95%+ accuracy for clear audio. Accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, and speaker accents.

What integrations are available? TriLuna integrates with popular CRM systems (via webhooks), calendar applications (Google Calendar), POS systems (Clover, more on request), email, and SMS. We also provide APIs for custom integrations. See the integration guide library for details.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan? You can change your plan anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Can I use one TriLuna account for both 1:1 agents and facilitation? Yes — they’re built on the same platform. Many customers start with a single 1:1 agent and add facilitation as their needs grow.
