Billing, Credits and Your Plan
A plan covers your AI agents and meeting facilitation, billed monthly or annually by card. Credits are a prepaid balance, 1 credit = 1¢ CAD, spent on the extras that are metered per use: phone numbers, browser calls, TriLuna Groups sessions and some premium tools. Most people need both.
Your plan and trial
Plans and what they include are on the pricing page. New accounts start on a trial; how long it runs is set when the account is created.
Your profile shows a Trial Status box with the days remaining, and, once it has ended, how long ago it expired. In the last three days of a trial the box gains an Upgrade Now button.
To change plans, or if you’re on an Enterprise arrangement, email billing@triluna.app. Plan changes are prorated.
Paying for a plan
Go to triluna.app/billing.
- Pick a currency. Canadian dollars or US dollars. Prices differ by currency, and 5% GST is added for CAD only.
- Choose a plan card: 1:1 AI Agents or AI Meeting Facilitator. For the Facilitator, pick Telephone or Video on the card; Video costs more and adds video conferencing and screen share. Or choose Custom to pay an amount you’ve agreed with us (for Custom you can tick GST included if the agreed figure already contains tax). If we sent you a payment link, the amount is already filled in.
- Monthly or annual. Annual charges 12 months up front and gives you 14 months of service, which the page shows as the effective monthly rate.
- Check the Order Summary (subtotal, GST, total) and pay by card. Card payments are handled by Stripe; TriLuna never sees your card number.
You’ll land on Payment Successful with the invoice number and amount, and the same receipt goes to your email. If the card is declined or you close the payment window you’ll see Payment Issue or Payment Cancelled and nothing is charged; just try again.
Keep the invoice number. If anything on your account doesn’t match what you paid for within one business day, email billing@triluna.app and quote it.
Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance on your account. 1 credit = 1¢ CAD, and credits never expire. Screens that use credits, such as buying a phone number, show your current balance.
Getting credits
Go to triluna.app/credits.
- Redeem a coupon. Type the code and click Redeem Coupon. Credits are added instantly. Each coupon can be used once per account, and some codes expire or have a limited number of uses; you’ll see Invalid or expired coupon code or You have already redeemed this coupon if so.
- Buy a package. The page lists the standard packages (500, 1,000 and 2,500 credits for $5, $10 and $25 CAD). To buy one, use the email billing link on that page; we’ll invoice you and add the credits.
- TriLuna Groups packs. If you use TriLuna Groups, you can buy credit packs by card from inside the Groups flow. They land in the same balance and never expire.
What credits pay for
| Use | Cost |
|---|---|
| A phone number for an agent | The number’s monthly price × 200 credits, charged monthly (a typical number is about 230 credits a month). You need the first month’s credits to buy it. |
| Browser (VoIP) calls | 1 credit per minute in North America, 30 credits per minute international, rounded up to the whole minute, charged when the call ends. |
| TriLuna Groups sessions | 400 credits per hour to attend, 1,000 per hour to host, metered while you’re on the call. |
| Phone Harvester | Unlocks only while your balance is 10,000 credits or more. |
If a purchase needs more credits than you have, you’ll see Insufficient credits. You need N credits but only have M; top up and try again.
Common questions
Do I need credits if I’m on a plan? Only for the metered items above. Calls your AI agents answer or place on their own numbers are not charged to credits; they come under your plan.
Something was charged that shouldn’t have been. Email billing@triluna.app with the date, the amount and what you were doing at the time, and we’ll sort it out.
Where are my past invoices? Every card payment emails you a receipt with its invoice number. For a copy, or a statement of credit purchases, email billing@triluna.app.
My trial has ended. What now? Choose a plan on the billing page, or email billing@triluna.app if you’d like to talk it through first.
