Buying the AI Meeting Facilitator

What you get

There are two AI Meeting Facilitator plans:

Each facilitator is your own copy, yours to rename and customise in My Agents:

• Lily, a general facilitator for any kind of meeting. Included in both plans.
• Adam, a scrum master for team standups. He goes around the team, asks what each person finished, what they’re working on next and what’s blocking them, and closes with action items and owners. Video plan only.
• Kai, a workshop facilitator for brainstorming and working sessions on any topic. He agrees the goal, gathers ideas from everyone, helps the group decide, and closes with next steps. Video plan only.

Both plans also include:

• 20 hours of facilitation a month.
• Up to 50 participants per meeting.

Tax is worked out from your billing address: GST/HST and PST in Canada, or sales tax in the US where it applies.

Buying it

1. On the pricing page, choose Phone or Video on the AI Meeting Facilitator card and click Start Facilitator. This opens triluna.app/buy/facilitator_phone or triluna.app/buy/facilitator_video.
2. Sign in.
   • Already have an account? Click I already have an account and log in.
   • New to TriLuna? Click Create your account, then verify your email from the link we send you. The first time you log in afterwards, we bring you straight back to finish your purchase.
3. Choose CAD or USD, check the price, and click Continue to secure payment.
4. Pay by card on Stripe’s secure page. Enter your billing address there: it decides the tax. TriLuna never sees your card number.

After you pay

Stripe brings you back to your order page, which walks you through the rest. First it shows Confirming your payment, then Setting up your AI Meeting Facilitator. This usually takes under a minute. We also email you when it’s ready, so you can close the page and come back later.

Facilitator (Video)

There’s nothing else to set up. The page shows Your facilitator is ready! and lists Adam and Kai under You also have these facilitators. We email you the next steps. See Your first facilitated meeting.

Facilitator (Phone)

Your facilitator joins your phone meetings from its own number, so there’s one more step:

1. Choose its phone number. Click Choose your phone number and search:

   • By area code, for example 604 for Vancouver or 416 for Toronto. If there are no numbers left in that area code, we suggest nearby ones.
   • By digits you’d like in the number.

   Pick a number and click Choose this number. If someone else takes it a moment before you, just pick another.

   Not ready to pick one? Click Do this later. The number stays included in your plan. See Choosing the number later.

2. Connecting the number. We connect the number to your facilitator automatically.

3. Your facilitator is ready! The page shows its number, and we email you the next steps.

Your first facilitated meeting

Your facilitator never joins a meeting on its own. You bring it in once the meeting has started.

Video meetings

1. Schedule a meeting in My Meetings. Adding an agenda helps your facilitator run it.
2. When the meeting starts, click Add AI and choose the facilitator that fits the meeting:
   • Adam for a standup
   • Kai for a workshop or brainstorm
   • Lily for anything else

Phone meetings

1. In My Groups, edit your group and choose your facilitator under AI Agent.
2. Schedule a meeting in My Meetings.
3. When the meeting starts, click Add AI Facilitator Now. Your facilitator calls in from its number.

Choosing the number later

This applies to Facilitator (Phone) only. If you clicked Do this later, your facilitator is set up but can’t join phone meetings until it has a number. The number is still included in your plan, at no extra charge.

1. Go to My Phone Numbers.
2. You’ll see 1 number included in your AI Meeting Facilitator (Phone) plan. Click Choose your included number.
3. Search by area code or by digits, pick a number, and click Choose this number.
4. We connect it to your facilitator and show Your facilitator is ready!

If something goes wrong

• You cancelled on the payment page. Nothing was charged. Click Try again on the order page whenever you’re ready.
• We couldn’t set up your facilitator. We refund your payment in full and cancel the subscription straight away, then email you. Our team is notified automatically and will contact you to help you try again.
• The number didn’t connect. The number is already reserved for you. Click Try again on the order page. If it keeps happening, email support@triluna.app.

Common questions

Can I change my facilitator’s name or how it runs meetings? Yes. Open it in My Agents to change its name, voice and instructions.

Which facilitator should I pick? Adam for standups, Kai for workshops and brainstorms, and Lily for any other meeting. You choose each time you click Add AI, so you can use a different one in every meeting.

Do Adam and Kai come with the phone plan? No. They run video meetings, so they come with Facilitator (Video). The phone plan includes Lily.

Does the video plan come with a phone number? No. Video meetings don’t need one. If you also want to run phone meetings, choose Facilitator (Phone).

Can I get a second number? Your phone plan includes one number. For another one, email billing@triluna.app.

How do I cancel or change my plan? Email billing@triluna.app for now. Managing your plan yourself is coming.

Where’s my receipt? Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. For copies, see Billing, credits and your plan.
