Send to Clipboard
Your agent helps you write a message for WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or any other app. Once you approve the wording, TriLuna sends it to your phone so you can paste it.
How it works
- On a call or in the TriLuna app, ask your agent to help you write a message — for example, “Help me write a WhatsApp message to Sam saying I’ll be 20 minutes late.”
- The agent drafts it and reads it back to you word for word.
- Ask for changes until it sounds right, then say it’s good to go.
- The approved text arrives on your phone as a TriLuna notification. If the TriLuna app is open, it is copied to your clipboard right away. If not, tap the notification (or its Copy button).
- Switch to WhatsApp (or any app) and paste.
The agent never sends anything until you clearly approve the wording, and it tells you if a message could not be delivered.
Turning it on
- Go to My Agents and open the agent.
- In the Tools section, switch on Send to clipboard.
It takes effect on your next conversation with that agent. Switch it off the same way. You need to be the agent’s owner or a manager to change this setting.
Who receives the message
- The message always goes to the agent’s owner, never to anyone else.
- Only the owner can use it. If someone else calls your agent, the agent can’t put text on your clipboard. The agent recognizes you when you’re signed in to the TriLuna app, or when you call from one of your own phone numbers.
Requirements
- The TriLuna iPhone app, signed in, with notifications allowed. Android support is coming soon.
- Your phone may not let TriLuna write to the clipboard while the app is in the background. If the text isn’t on your clipboard, open TriLuna or tap the notification. Messages from the last 30 minutes are copied when you open the app.
Troubleshooting
The agent said it sent the message, but nothing arrived. Check that notifications are allowed for TriLuna in your phone’s Settings, and that you’re signed in to the app with the same account that owns the agent.
The agent says it can’t send it. You’re probably calling from a number that isn’t saved on your TriLuna account, or talking to an agent you don’t own. Call from your own number or use the TriLuna app.
The agent doesn’t offer to do this. Make sure Send to clipboard is switched on for that agent, then start a new conversation.
