Talk to Your Agent with Siri (iPhone)
Starting a call with your agent from Siri in the TriLuna iPhone app, with no taps: which agent answers, what to say, and what to do if Siri opens the app without calling.
What it does
Say “Hey Siri, talk to my agent in TriLuna” and the TriLuna app opens and starts a call with your agent straight away. You don’t pick an agent, and the Context for Your Agent box that appears when you tap to call is skipped, so you can start a call while driving or with your hands full.
The call is the same as tapping your pinned agent on the Home screen: it goes over the direct connection if you’ve turned that on in Settings → Call Settings, and over a phone call otherwise.
Which agent answers
- Your pinned agent. In the app, open the agent in My Agents and tap Pin to Home. That’s the agent Siri calls.
- No agent pinned on this iPhone? Siri calls the agent you pinned on another device signed in to the same TriLuna account.
- Nothing pinned anywhere? Siri calls the agent you last talked to in the TriLuna app in the past 60 days.
If none of those applies, the app opens and asks you to pin an agent first.
What to say
Any of these work:
- “Hey Siri, talk to my agent in TriLuna”
- “Hey Siri, call my agent in TriLuna”
- “Hey Siri, talk to TriLuna”
- “Hey Siri, start TriLuna call”
- “Hey Siri, launch TriLuna”
You don’t have to set anything up: the phrases are available as soon as the app is installed and you’ve signed in. You can also find Talk to My Agent in the Shortcuts app, add it to the Action button, or run it from Spotlight.
Things to know
- Your iPhone has to be unlocked for the call to start, because the call runs inside the app. With a locked phone, Siri asks you to unlock it first.
- If you’re already on a call with an agent, Siri doesn’t start a second one.
- Each iPhone calls its own pinned agent. A device with nothing pinned uses the pin you set most recently on another device.
