Sharing a Campaign
Share a campaign with a link so a colleague can follow it, listen in on live calls, or help run it. You choose whether the link is Read-only or Can edit.
Creating a share link
- Open the campaign from Campaigns.
- Click Share at the top of the page.
- Click Create link next to the access level you want. The link is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste into an email or message.
Each campaign has at most one link per access level. Clicking Copy link later gives you the same link again. Only the campaign’s owner can create or turn off links.
What each level allows

| Listen to a live Human In-the-Loop call (they can’t be heard) | ✓ | ✓ |
| See the live transcript of a call they listen to | ✓ | ✓ |
| Speak on a live Human In-the-Loop call, and Mute AI | ✓ | |

| Share the campaign or delete it |
Everyone joins a live call by listening. They join muted and no join beep plays, so the person on the call doesn’t know they’re there. Someone with a Can edit link can then press Speak to unmute themselves, or Mute AI once they’re speaking. A Read-only link never gets Speak, and the call keeps it muted even if the person tries.
Sharing a campaign shares its calls, including calls made before the link was opened and every call made after. People with a link aren’t notified about calls. Follow-up emails still go only to the campaign’s owner.
Someone with a Can edit link runs your campaign. Calls still go out from your caller ID and agent and use your minutes. Click-to-call buttons for AI In-the-Loop and human-dialed campaigns stay with the owner.
Opening a link someone sent you
You need a TriLuna account to open a campaign link. If you aren’t signed in, you’ll be asked to sign in first and then taken to the campaign.
The first time you open the link, the campaign is added to your own Campaigns list with a Shared by … label. After that you can open it from Campaigns like any other campaign, so you don’t need the link again.
Turning a link off
Open Share and click the trash icon next to the link. Everyone who opened that link loses access to the campaign and its calls straight away, and the campaign disappears from their Campaigns list. The Opened by count shows how many people have used each link.
