See Your TriLuna Calendar in Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google
When your voice agent books a callback or an appointment, it lands on your TriLuna calendar. You can subscribe to that calendar from the calendar app you already use, and TriLuna also sends a notification to your phone when something is booked and again shortly before it starts.
Subscribe from your calendar app
- Open your Calendar.
- In the Calendar Integration row, click Subscribe in other apps.
- Choose one of the following:
- Open in Apple Calendar / Outlook opens your calendar app and asks you to confirm the subscription. On a Mac or iPhone it adds the calendar in one step.
- Add to Google Calendar opens Google Calendar with the subscription ready to add.
- Copy gives you the link to paste into any app that supports subscribing to a calendar by URL (sometimes called an “iCal” or “internet calendar” link).
Your TriLuna appointments then show up next to your other events. This is a read-only subscription. To change or cancel an appointment, do it in TriLuna, and the change flows through to your calendar app.
How quickly do changes appear?
Your calendar app decides how often it checks for updates:
- Apple Calendar and Outlook usually refresh within about 15 minutes. On a Mac you can set this under the calendar’s Get Info → Auto-refresh.
- Google Calendar can take several hours to pick up changes. For an appointment booked at short notice, rely on the phone notification below.
Phone notifications for calendar events
If you have the TriLuna mobile app installed and signed in, you get:
- A notification when something is booked on your calendar by your agent or through your Book now page. It shows what was booked and when.
- A reminder about 10 minutes before each booked appointment starts.
Reminders are sent for named appointments only. Plain “available” or “unavailable” time blocks don’t trigger them. Video and telephone meetings you schedule in TriLuna have their own reminders and start alerts, so they don’t get a second one.
Keep your link private
Your subscription link works without a password, because calendar apps can’t sign in. Anyone who has the link can see your appointments. If you think the link has been shared by mistake:
- Open Calendar → Subscribe in other apps.
- Click Reset link, then confirm.
The old link stops working immediately. Subscribe again with the new link in each calendar app you use.
