TriLuna
Flagship Product

An AI that knows when to speak — and when to listen.

Take the agenda, run the meeting, analyze the transcript. Drop our facilitator into any phone or video call and it handles turn-taking, time, and the recap — so you can focus on the people.

The full arc

Take the agenda. Run the meeting. Analyze the transcript.

A note-taker shows up for the last step. TriLuna is there for all three — before, during, and after the conversation.

  1. Before

    01Take the agenda

Load the agenda, member list, and facilitation rules. The AI learns how this meeting should run before anyone joins.

  2. During

    02Run the meeting

Manage turn-taking, mute non-speakers, keep time, and intervene when the conversation stalls — under your control.

  3. After

    03Analyze the transcript

Summaries, decisions, and action items from the full transcript — so the meeting produces a record, not just a recording.

How it shows up

Four modes. One AI. Switch any time.

Pick a mode at the start of the meeting. Switch mid-call when the conversation calls for it.

01 · Observer

Listens, never speaks

Joins muted, receives the audio for transcription or post-meeting summary, but never interjects.
02 · On-Call

Speaks when addressed

Stays muted unless invoked by name. "Hey TriLuna, summarize." Re-mutes after speaking.
03 · Facilitator

Runs the meeting

Manages turn order, mutes non-speakers, advances on a timer, intervenes when stalled.
04 · Assist

Defers to the human

Your moderator drives. The AI executes mute and advance commands with reliable precision.

How we compare

Note-takers transcribe. TriLuna runs the room.

Most AI meeting tools listen and summarize. TriLuna actively facilitates — managing turns, time, and the floor, under your control.

Comparison reflects publicly documented capabilities as of June 2026. Competitors are capable transcription and summarization assistants; the distinction is active, human-controlled facilitation of multi-party calls.

Why facilitation, why now

Group conversations are hard. The loudest voice dominates. The agenda drifts. People get talked over. Volunteers running peer support, mediators handling difficult conversations, board chairs managing AGMs — they all spend more energy keeping order than engaging with the substance.

TriLuna’s AI facilitator handles the order. You handle the substance.

Four facilitation modes

You don’t have to pick one. The mode can change mid-meeting.

1. Observer

The AI joins, mutes itself, and listens. It receives the full audio stream but never speaks unless explicitly invoked. Useful for transcription, post-meeting summaries, or when a human facilitator wants AI as a silent backstop.

2. On-Call

Stays muted by default. Unmutes only when addressed by name (“Hey TriLuna, summarize what we just decided”). Re-mutes after speaking. Best for board meetings where the AI is on standby for definitions, motion-tracking, or quick lookups.

3. Facilitator (Active)

The AI runs the meeting. Introduces participants, calls on speakers in order, mutes non-speakers, advances turns on a timer, and intervenes when the conversation stalls. Best for peer support, structured mediation, and timed entertainment formats like trivia.

4. Facilitator Assist

The AI defers to a human moderator. The moderator says “AI, mute Sarah” or “AI, advance the turn” and the AI executes. Combines AI’s reliable execution with the moderator’s social judgement.

How it works

1. Schedule a meeting with TriLuna → AI dials out to participants
2. Conference starts → AI joins on its own line
3. Participants are added → AI loads the agenda, member list, and rules
4. Meeting runs → AI manages mute state, turn order, time
5. Meeting ends → Optional: AI generates a summary

No app installs for participants. They join over the phone (or video, on the Facilitator Video plan). The AI is built on Twilio’s conference infrastructure and ElevenLabs’ voice engine — the same stack we use for our 1:1 receptionists.
