Over the past 12 months, Nik has been deeply focused on vibe-coding, AI development, messaging, and telephony solutions, pushing the boundaries of conversational AI and location-based technologies.

Transformative engineering executive with 25+ years leading high-performing teams delivering enterprise-scale mobile and web solutions to 10,000+ users. Deep expertise in native iOS/Android development, organizational transformation, and building world-class engineering cultures across distributed teams.

Jason Upton — Chief Revenue Officer / Acting CMO

Born and raised in British Columbia, Jason Upton brings over three decades of business acumen to his role as Chief Revenue Officer and Acting CMO at TriLuna. With a deep background in business valuation and operations, Jason has built, bought, and run companies across multiple sectors — including hospitality, real estate, and professional services.

Before joining TriLuna, Jason owned and operated multiple hospitality ventures, gaining firsthand experience in the exact customer service and staffing challenges TriLuna now solves with AI. His experience spans resort management, food service, and client-facing operations, giving him a unique edge in designing technology that actually fits the rhythm of real business.

Jason is also the founder of Aedis Appraisals, one of Canada’s most trusted valuation firms, and has personally led projects across the country — from Atlantic Canada to the Caribbean, from northern BC to downtown Toronto. His cross-border perspective allows him to guide TriLuna’s revenue strategy with insight, empathy, and a clear eye on what customers really need: help that works.

Anthony Riley — CFO

Anthony is the CFO of TriLuna. Anthony works with TriLuna team members and the sales team to help build the TriLuna client base. His role involves strategic planning, capital allocation, raising capital, and working with potential investors.
